How to Assemble

  1. Fold in half (wrong sides together). You'll have 10 rows on each side.
  2. Using a tapestry needle and whip stitch, join the edges — 30 stitches total.
  3. Chain 100 for the strap. SC back along the chain. Sew each end to the top corners.
  4. frog eye (make 2): With white yarn: magic ring, 6 sc, inc 6 (12 sts). Fasten off. Embroider black pupil.
  5. Sew both eyes to the top front of the bag, about 3 stitches apart.
  6. With black yarn, embroider a curved smile between the eyes.
