What you'll learn
Double Crochet (DC)A taller stitch: yarn over, insert, pull up, [yarn over, pull through 2] twice. Creates a fabric twice the height of SC.
Yarn OverWrapping yarn around your hook before inserting. DC starts with one yarn over; taller stitches use more.
Turning Chain Counts as StitchChain 3 at the start of a DC row counts as your first DC. Skip the first stitch and start in the second.
