Griddle Stitch

Dishcloths, potholders, textured blankets

Griddle stitch (also called lemon peel stitch) alternates single crochet and double crochet across the row, then offsets the pattern on the next row so each double crochet sits over a single crochet — a dense, bumpy, reversible texture.
