Chevron Stitch
Blankets, scarves, cushion covers
Chevron stitch builds a sharp, regular zigzag from 3-dc peaks paired with skipped-stitch valleys. Every peak's increase is cancelled by a valley's decrease, so every row works the exact same stitch count — the classic pointed wave for blankets and scarves, boldest in stripes.
